GlobalNet Asia Pacific Limited


The Company holds a 48% interest in Global Net Asia Pacific Limited (GlobalNet), a start-up company based in Melbourne whose business plan is to offer interactive voice and data services including VoIP (voice over internet protocol) telephone services in Australia and Asia. GlobalNet has advised that it has recently secured a strategic alliance with a leading Australian provider to their successful interactive services exclusively in Asia. In addition, GlobalNet is considering a potential merger with a Hong Kong based company in a related field with a view to an IPO in Australia later in 2008.
