Gondwana holds interests in a large portfolio of prospective tenements located in the Southern Cross Greenstone Belt immediately south of St Barbara’s Marvel Loch Gold Operations and 80km north of Western Areas Forrestania Nickel Operations. Read More.

An agreement was entered into between Cazaly Iron Pty Ltd and Gondwana in July 2007 (varied by further agreement signed in October 2007) to accelerate the evaluation of the Mt Caudan iron prospect within the Company’s landholdings. Read More

During 2007, Gondwana entered into an agreement to form a joint venture with Hong Kong-based partners to identify and acquire mining interests in China and elsewhere. Read More.
- Investment in Technology
The Company holds a 48% interest in Global Net Asia Pacific Limited (GlobalNet), a start-up company based in Melbourne whose business plan is to offer interactive voice and data services including VoIP (voice over internet protocol) telephone services in Australia and Asia. Read More.
